He cited the data of the accounting chamber, according to which “15% of the Russian budget is spent inefficiently,” and noted that in Russia when still the prices for oil the small and medium business engaged in by the residual principle. “A time of opportunities, a large number of niches,” he added Brechalov.

At the same time, the co-Chairman of the Central headquarters Olga Timofeyeva, on the issue of corruption, said that in southern Russia the level is extremely high.
