MOSCOW, 24 Dec. Should speed up the introduction in the regions of tax breaks for small businesses and extend their effect on the agricultural sector, priority must be given to import-substituting activities, said the head of the regional working group “Fair and efficient economy” of the popular front in the Rostov region Irina Zagoruiko at the first interregional forum of the movement in Stavropol.
In onf note that several regions still have not received the relevant laws that provide benefits for entrepreneurs. So, in the South of Russia two regions — Kabardino-Balkaria and North Ossetia-Alania has not complied with the direction of the President and not provided to the local business opportunity within two years of the establishment of their business not to pay taxes.
“The country already has examples of successful use of tax holidays, and the heads of subjects should offer a similar experience before attempting to profane the idea of entrepreneurship support. I believe that this process should be accelerated. Moreover, that small business is important for the economy and as a means of self-employment, and as a manufacturer of import-substituting products,” said Zagoruiko.
In this case the provision of tax holidays for entrepreneurs in the regions have to legislate the priority for import-substituting activities. At the Federal level is necessary to Supplement the list of basic industries that fall under exemptions, and agricultural, which will bring the informal sector from subsistence households that depend on agricultural production.
This year’s first inter-regional forum of the popular front in Stavropol held from 24 to 25 January.
