Previously the state Duma Committee for constitutional legislation has approved the amendments to the draft law allowing the appointment of up to two observers during the vote, however, according to the leader “Fair Russia”, the two observers will not be enough.
MOSCOW, 25 Jan. The leader “Fair Russia” Sergey Mironov believes that the polling station should be five observers from the candidate or political party.
The state Duma in December last year adopted the first reading of the bill the Communist party, which establishes that electoral precinct may be no more than five observers from parties and candidates.
“The idea of companion Zyuganov that each candidate has the right to a polling station to no more than five observers, we consider normal. This initiative will support”, — said Mironov reporters.
On Monday, the state Duma Committee for constitutional legislation has approved the amendments to the draft law allowing the appointment of up to two observers at the elections or in a referendum.
“We will insist on five. Two is not enough… Practice shows that more than four remote boxes are not sent. In this context, the number five is not just plucked out of the air, so we will insist on five,” said Mironov, adding that at least one supervisor must stay at the polling station.
