Russians ‘ real wages in 2015 has decreased by 9.5%


Moscow. On 25 January. Real disposable monetary incomes of Russians in 2015 decreased by 4% compared with 2014, said Wednesday Rosstat. In 2014 was a drop of 1%. Real wages declined in December at an annual rate of 10%. Average 2015 salary in real terms decreased by 9.5% compared with 2014.

In December 2015, real incomes fell by 0.7% compared with December 2014. In November, real incomes decreased by 5.4% in October to 5.6% in September to 4.3% in August to 5.3% in July and by 2% in June and 3% in may to 6.3% in April and 3.9% in March to 1.6% in February – 1.6% 0.7% January.

In nominal terms, average incomes in December 2015 amounted to 45.2 thousand rubles (growth by 11.2% in annual terms), on average for 2015 – 30.3 thousand rubles (growth by 10,1%).

Average nominal wage in December, according to preliminary data of Rosstat, amounted to 42.6 thousand rubles, compared with December 2014, it grew by 1.6%. Average 2015 salary was 33.9 thousand rubles (growth by 4.6%).
