Dvorkovich: low prices for oil Russia can reduce the production


Oil production does not regulate the state and oil companies; in a situation where oil prices are falling, and taxes are rising, the company can go for reducing the rate of production, said Deputy Prime Minister Arkady Dvorkovich.
