South Korean foreign Minister said that he had received the invitation to visit Russia during a telephone conversation with his Russian counterpart Sergei Lavrov. Yun Byung-Se said that he intends to discuss, in particular, the nuclear problem of the DPRK.

According to the Minister, he received an invitation to visit Russia during a recent telephone conversation with Russian foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov.
“I think I’ll go there as soon as possible,” said Yun Byung-Se.
“If you come, we will discuss a nuclear problem of North Korea and directions of development of bilateral relations with Russia”, — he noted. Among them, Yun Byung-Se called “exchanges at the highest level”.
The DPRK conducted on 6 January fourth nuclear test, despite increased international sanctions, including in the UN security Council.
According to the South Korean Minister, Seoul has been making various efforts for the international response to the fourth nuclear test of the DPRK was more powerful and complete than in the past.
