The head of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov said earlier that non-systemic opposition is trying to cash in on the difficult economic situation of Russia. In his opinion, such people must be treated as “traitors” and to judge “for their subversive activities.” He also “threatened”, “who does harm to Russia”, he said, they “are worthy of the chamber and experienced doctors” in psychiatric hospitals of the Republic. Criticism of these statements were made by politicians, public figures and human rights activists, some of them expressed the view that the head of Chechnya should be removed from office.
