MOSCOW, January 26. Moscow is not sure that the DPRK conducted the test exactly a hydrogen bomb. This was stated by Russian foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov at a press conference at the end of 2015.

“We are consulting with the U.S., China, Japan, South Korea, what it was, he said. – We are not sure if it was a test of a hydrogen bomb.
