Volume of new supply in the housing market of Moscow for the year increased by 42%


MOSCOW, January 26. The volume of new proposals on the primary housing market of Moscow in 2015 was 42% higher than the same indicator 2014. Within a year, the market was 69 new projects with a total offer around 1 million sq m. It follows from the report of the analytical centre Est-a-Tet.

The bulk of new projects (47 sites) is located within the boundaries of TTR and MKAD. Within the Garden ring on sale 8 new projects in the zone between the Garden ring and TTK – 9 , ring road – 4, the report said. Most of the proposals refers to the segment of apartments – 41 or 74.5% of the total volume of new supply on the total area of the objects. To the apartment belongs to format 27 projects and 25.5% of total new supply.

Lower prices for new projects comfort class is associated with the geography of new buildings – the objects of economy class appeared within the ring road, while in the comfort class, there are several projects located outside the MKAD, it is specified in the report.
