“Naftogaz” has already formed a vision of balance and Kiev understands that from 11 to 13 billion cubic meters of gas will need to purchase this year, said the head of Ministry Vladimir Demchyshyn.
KYIV, 27 Jan. The Ministry of energy of Ukraine assesses the country’s needs in Gaza in 2016 at 11-13 billion cubic meters, the volume of Ukraine on the reverse, told journalists the head of Ministry Vladimir Demchyshyn.
“Naftogaz” has shaped the vision for the balance. We understand that from 11 to 13 billion cubic meters of gas will need to purchase this year, but in principle, this amount we can buy and for the reverse direction,” he said.
Ukraine currently buys Russian gas. The Ukrainian authorities stated that the country will be able to pass the current winter without gas purchases from Russia due to accumulation of gas reserves in underground storage facilities and the procurement of fuel in Europe.
