MOSCOW, January 28. The Chairman of the government of the Russian Federation Dmitry Medvedev signed a decree on granting in 2016 subsidies 18 Russian transport companies and shipping companies for the purchase and leasing of 92 civil courts, according to the website of the Cabinet.
“In order to support and develop the shipbuilding industry and encourage customers to bring their own (off-budget) funds for the construction of ships, shipping companies and shipping companies are provided subsidies for reimbursement of expenses for paying interests on loans received in Russian credit institutions and state Corporation “Bank for development and foreign economic Affairs (Vnesheconombank)” for the purchase of new ships, as well as leasing payments under leasing contracts, prisoners with the Russian leasing companies on acquisition of the civil courts. Subsidies are provided in the subprogramme “State support” of the state program “Development of shipbuilding and equipment for offshore fields development for 2015-2030 years”, – stated in the explanatory note to the decree.
In the Federal budget for 2016 to the Ministry of industry and trade stipulates allocation of budget: credit – 704,3 million rubles for leasing 1.056 billion rubles.
“This support has already helped to raise about 1050 million dollars in extrabudgetary funds for the construction of vessels, to create about 1 thousand jobs in the Russian transport companies and shipping companies and save more than 10 thousand jobs in design offices, shipyards and the shipyards in Russia”, – stated in the message of the Cabinet.
