ORENBURG, January 29. /Corr. Natalia Vylkova/. Debts of airline “Orenburg airlines” in the amount of 8 billion rubles after its transformation into a new branch of airline “Russia” will take over JSC “Aeroflot”.
This was reported to journalists by the Chairman of the Board of Directors of “Orenburg airlines” Vadim Zingman after the meeting in Orenburg.
“Debts of airline “Orenburg airlines” in 8 billion roubles after conversion to a new branch of airline “Russia” will take over JSC “Aeroflot”, – he noted.
At the meeting in Orenburg to the staff of airline “Orenburg airlines” announced the creation of a new branch of “Rossiya airlines” by combining under a single brand carriers of the group “Aeroflot” – “Russia” and “Donavia” and “Orenburg airlines”. The decision to create the branch in Orenburg was taken yesterday in Moscow the Board of Directors of JSC “Aeroflot” and was supported unanimously.
Earlier it was reported that the bulk of the employees of the airline “Orenburg airlines” (“Aeroflot”) will be employed in the new airline “Russia”. In addition, staff from 2060 “Orenburg airlines” more than 1,500 people – employees of production and technical unit will receive an offer of employment. However, this solution did not suit the employees of the Orenburg airlines, which sent a letter to the presidential envoy in Volga Federal district Mikhail Babich. A new decision on establishment of the branch was taken with his participation and with the participation of Governor of the Orenburg region Yury Berg.
Airline “Russia” will unite under a single brand carriers of the group “Aeroflot” – “Russia” and “Donavia” and “Orenburg airlines”. It is planned that in a year the company will transport about 10 million passengers and have a fleet of 74 aircraft.
The establishment of a branch of the company and employment of staff “Orenburg airlines” was discussed in Orenburg in the meeting with the staff of the airline of the Governor of the Orenburg region Yury Berg and the Chairman of the Board of Directors of “Orenburg airlines” Vadim Zingman.
