“Gazprom” has paid to private companies of Turkey retroactive payments

MOSCOW, 29 Jan. “Gazprom” has paid to private gas companies of Turkey retroactive payments associated with the late provision of discounts for 2015, reported a source among the private importers in Turkey.

“All commercial issues have been resolved,” the source said.

“Gazprom” supplies gas to the Turkish state companies Botas and private companies that obtained the right to import gas in the framework of the Turkish gas market liberalization. Independent gas companies of Turkey are Enerco Enerji Avrasya gaz and Akfel gas (all three are included in Akfel Holding), Bosphorus gas, Shell Turkey, Bati Hatti and Kibar Enerji.
