In Russia operate hundreds of Finnish companies, and most of them remained in the Russian market, despite the fact that they had to adapt activities given the economic situation, said the Finnish Prime Minister after the meeting with Medvedev.
St. PETERSBURG, 29 Dec. Most of the Finnish companies remain on the Russian market, being able to adapt to new realities, said Prime Minister of Finland Juha Sipilã.
“I met with representatives of Finnish companies. Here in Russia operate hundreds of Finnish companies in various industries, and most of these companies remains on the Russian market, despite the fact that they had to adapt its activities to reflect the changed economic situation,” said Sipilã at a press conference following the meeting with Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev.
“On the Russian market, as elsewhere, for companies important factors such as the functionality of the business environment, as well as the freedom of conducting foreign trade operations, and in this respect the Finnish company persevere,” added Finnish Prime Minister.
