Tele2 increased the number of base stations in the Moscow region


Moscow. January 29. Tele2 increased the number of Tele2 base stations in the Moscow region of 14 per cent in three months, according to the press service of the company.

From November 2015 to January 2016 the operator increased its network capacity on key transport arteries of the city: Leningrad, Volokolamskoye and Rublevskoye shosse, Novy Arbat, Kutuzovsky, Michurinsky and Leninsky Sevastopolsky Prospekt, Profsoyuznaya street, Warsaw and Kashirskoye shosse, Moscow, Andropov prospect, Lublinskaya street, Shchelkovo, Dmitrovsky highway and MKAD.

Tele2 launches 3G network/4G transport on socially significant objects of the city. As noted, improved communication across all Metropolitan train stations and airports. Passengers of the Moscow metro at the moment can use the link on the Tele2 eleven stations: “Business center”, “Zyablikovo”, “Kotelniki”, “Lermontovsky Prospekt”, “Troparevo”, “Shipilovskaya”, “Borisovo”, “Belarus”, “Spartacus”, “pyatnickoe highway” and “Zhulebino”.

Improved communication in business centers and retail Mall. Communication Tele2 has appeared in the centre “SKOLKOVO” and the television center “Ostankino”.

Since the launch of operations in October 2015 at the Tele2 mobile network was built more than 250 settlements, including in 59 key cities of the region.
