The General Prosecutor’s office warned the head of “Ukravtodor” after his statement about the tariffs for road M11


MOSCOW, January 29. Russian Prosecutor General’s office warned the head of the state company “Avtodor” Sergey Kelbah after his statement about the rates on the paid section of highway M11.

As reported by the official representative of the Supervisory authority Marina Gridneva, the Prosecutor General’s office reviewed media published the statements of Chairman of the Board of State company Russian highways (Avtodor) Sergei Kilbaha that determine the level of tariffs for the toll section of the motorway M-11 Moscow – St. Petersburg is the exclusive responsibility of the concessionaire.

“The above position is unreasonable, because it does not consider legislation on the regulation of the government of the Russian Federation of the limiting values of tariffs for the toll roads,” – said the representative of the Prosecutor General.

“In addition, the publication of these declarations by the state were not complied with the requirements of the legislation about state service and fighting corruption, prohibiting officials to allow public statements, judgments and estimates in the media in relation to activities of higher state agencies and their leaders,” – said Gridneva.

In this regard, first Deputy Prosecutor General Alexander Buksman has declared the Chairman of the Board of the state company “Rosavtodor” Sergei Kelbah the warning about the inadmissibility of violation of law and abuse of authority in the performance of concession agreements on construction and operation of Federal roads.

By the concessionaire on the project site highway M-11 speaks of the North-West concession company, whose shareholders are the French company Vinci and the company “Mostotrest”.
