Thanks based social network platform, the government will be able to see everything that was going on downstairs, and the citizens and the municipalities will submit signals about how projects are being implemented, said the first Deputy Prime Minister.

SKOLKOVO, 30 Jan –. The government of the Russian Federation together with social network “Vkontakte” will create a platform for interaction with the single-industry towns, which will allow you to track projects, said first Deputy Prime Minister Igor Shuvalov.

“We will create a project office on the basis of the Fund (development of single-industry towns). Perhaps this will work a simple way — there will be line managers who will be invited to work at the Foundation, and each will be assigned to approximately ten single-industry towns”, — said Shuvalov, speaking at the conference on support and development of single-industry towns.

According to him, he agreed with the Prime Minister the allocation of funds for training of representatives of teams of single-industry towns. They will be trained at the Moscow school of management SKOLKOVO. Will issue an appropriate government document. Training will be provided to 2 billion rubles.

“In order to spend some special means, not to create a specific information resource, I Tavrinym Ivan spoke, we will do in “Vkontakte” a special segment that will be driven, and in this segment will include all 319 single-industry towns”, — he explained.

The government through this platform will be able to see everything that was going on downstairs, and the citizens and the municipalities will be to signal up about how to implement these or other projects, said first Deputy Prime Minister.

“There will be no political context, advance warning, it will be so managed that there is any policy issues just will not be”, — said Shuvalov.

Only in Russia there are 319 single-industry towns, of which 99 are considered the cities with the most severe socio-economic situation.
