Sevastopol Governor Sergei Menyailo questioned the legality of the extraordinary session of the legislative Assembly and submitted to him a decree, according to which the work of the city government for the 2014-2015 year is unsatisfactory, stating that this decision may be appealed.
SIMFEROPOL, 1 Feb. The decision of the legislative Assembly of Sevastopol, recognized the work of city government is unsatisfactory, can be appealed, said Sevastopol Governor Sergey meniailo.
Members of the legislative Assembly of Sevastopol recognized the work of city government for the 2014-2015 unsatisfactory and recommended it to dissolve. In addition, the legislature Menyailo offered to resign as head of the regional government.
“The deputies tried to discuss the report of the Governor, which I was forced to withdraw on the eve of this extraordinary session, so there is doubt about the legality and the session, and it adopted the Ordinance. We will hold his legal expertise and possibly it will be appealed”, — quotes the words of Menyailo press service of Sevastopol government.
Question about the report on the work of the government for 2014 – 2015 was reviewed at a session of the legislative Assembly on Monday. The Governor of the city not meeting was not previously withdrawing the report, which was submitted on 15 December. The reason for this decision, according to Menyailo, was the fact that the deputies were at different times required completely different reports about the work of the government.
The Governor repeatedly suggested deputies to adopt rules for hearing the report and generate the list of issues of interest to them. However, the parliamentarians refused to comply with these conditions.
