MOSCOW, 1 Feb. Any international agreements that are ratified by Russia, become part of national law, said state Duma speaker Sergei Naryshkin.

During the meeting in the state Duma for young scientists of the Moscow state legal University named O. E. Kutafin at Naryshkin asked whether he shares the position of the head of the Investigative Committee Alexander Bastrykin that when a conflict between international and national norms, the rule for the national standards of the Russian Federation.
