The court has resolved the patent dispute between Nokia and Samsung

Moscow. February 1. International court of arbitration concluded its consideration of the patent dispute between Nokia and Samsung by determining the amount of additional compensation that the Finnish company will receive from Samsung for the renewal of the license agreement between them as of 1 January 2014 for a term of five years, the report said Nokia.

The company did not disclose the amount of compensation.

Nokia in the message it is noted that taking into account the potential compensation of the company’s revenues from licensing will reach 800 million euros a year.

The revenue of the technology division of Nokia, including the operation licensing in the fourth quarter of 2015 will be about 400 million euros compensation, and at the end of last year, about 1.02 billion euros, according to a press release.

Nokia will publish official statements for the fourth quarter on February 11.

By estimations of analyst Kepler Cheuvreux Sebastian Stanovich, as a result of the decision of the court annual revenue Nokia will increase by 200 million euros, which is less than they projected 250 million euros.

Nokia shares traded in Helsinki on Monday has fallen in price on 9,9%.
