MOSCOW, 1 February. The Ministry of transport of the Russian Federation in connection with reduction of cargo turnover between Russia and Turkey proposed to reduce the number of bilateral permits for carriage by road transport for each side four times up to 2 thousand units, reports the press service of the Ministry of transport.
“Specified the number of permits has already been sent to the Turkish Embassy in Moscow. This amount can be increased during the year by agreement of the parties. In addition, the Russian side confirmed the possibility of using Turkish carriers of the ECMT (European Conference of Ministers of Transport)”, – stated in the message.
Cargo transportation through the territory of Turkey by the Russian vehicles due to end on 31 January 2016 expiration permits Turkish 2015.
