ROSBANK demanded from Kekhman 232 million rubles


Moscow. February 1. The Bank filed to the Arbitration court of Petersburg and Leningrad region the statement for inclusion of debt in the amount 231,617 million roubles in the register of claims to the former head of JSC “Group Jay si” (JFC) and now the artistic Director of the Mikhailovsky theatre and the Director of the Novosibirsk Opera and ballet theatre Vladimir Kekhman, says the court filing.

In the case of recognition of the requirements of ROSBANK reasonable, they will be included in the register of requirements of creditors under debt restructuring Kekhman initiated arbitration under the claim of the savings Bank.

The meeting to review the statements of ROSBANK appointed on 31 March.

Arbitration of St. Petersburg and Leningrad region on December 17, 2015 have accepted the claim of the savings Bank bankruptcy Kekhman justified and imposed concerning it procedure of debt restructuring. The decision of the court in the register of requirements of creditors of requirements included Sberbank in the amount of 4,316 billion.

Kekhman in mid-January filed an appeal on the case of his bankruptcy, initiated by the savings Bank. The appeal hearing is scheduled for 9 March.

In early December 2015, the part of arrested for debts to the banks property Kekhman was sold at auction, including residential and non-residential premises, car and three Orthodox icons.

The JFC group – formerly one of the largest Russian importers of fruit. Assessment of banks, the total amount of the group’s debt to credit institutions exceeds 18 billion rubles.
