The Communist party in the Duma introduced a bill to abolish the Statute of limitations on espionage and treason


MOSCOW, 4 February. Deputies of the state Duma from the CPRF Valery Rashkin and Sergei Obukhov introduced Thursday to the house a bill to abolish the Statute of limitations when the criminal prosecution for espionage and treason. The document is aimed at “complementing the list of offences in the criminal prosecution for the Commission of which the Statute of limitations does not apply, in articles 275 and 276 of the Criminal code of Russian Federation (“high treason” and “Espionage”), stated in the explanatory Memorandum.
