MOSCOW, 5 February. The Russian Federation has not yet filed a lawsuit against Ukraine, the negotiations dragged on. About this to journalists on the sidelines of the annual Congress of United Russia, said Minister of Finance Anton Siluanov.
“With the Trustee (the representative of bondholders) the negotiations are, they are a little bit delayed”, he said.
