The introduction of excise duties on palm oil and soda will bring significant income, said the Chairman of state Duma Committee on agrarian issues Hope Shkolkina.
“In principle, given the economic situation, the experience of other countries and ambiguity of products from the point of view of their impact on human health – carbonated drinks, palm oil and others (imposition of excise) is possible.
