ST. PETERSBURG, February 8. /Corr. Svetlana Afonina/. “Gazpromneft-Aero” has addressed in Arbitration court of Petersburg and Leningrad region with the statement for inclusion in the register of creditors of airline “Transaero” in the amount of 6.02 billion rubles.

VTB Bank requires more than 2.6 billion rubles
Bank VTB has submitted three applications for the inclusion of requirements in the register of creditors of airline “Transaero”. One of them admitted, in the amount of 2,63 billion rubles this was announced by the representative of VTB in the Arbitration court of St. Petersburg and the Leningrad region.
“The amount of the claim accepted by court to manufacture, is 2 631 114 476,42 ruble. We have also filed two more requirements”, – said the representative of VTB in court, without specifying the new amounts.
As reported, earlier the court upheld the airline’s debt to Sberbank in the amount of 402,067 million rubles, and have introduced a monitoring procedure in his case. Later the Bank increased the requirements to 7.4 billion rubles.
Petitions for the inclusion of requirements in the register of creditors of “Transaero” also filed VTB (amount not stated), “daughter” VTB “Capablue limited” (11.6 billion roubles), Alfa Bank ($11,845 million), tax service (1,8 billion rubles), Aeroflot (more than 2.7 billion rubles), credit Bank of Moscow (to 7.89 billion rbl.), Rosselhozbank (6,78 billion), UniCredit Bank (1.78 bln), and others. Their statements have not yet been considered.
Total debt of “Transaero” is estimated in 250 billion roubles, the decision on bankruptcy was adopted at the governmental meeting with the participation of Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev October 1, 2015.
