On what borders seem to be the most important, I especially remember the two-month negotiations in 1994 in preparation for the Budapest summit of the OSCE. Then it was made very long documents, decisions, which seemed at that stage, will help to move forward in establishing a new system of European security. It was a serious challenge, even a challenge. – Would, of course, what would these European votes and was followed by a European decision. But we don’t have a dialogue about the options for the lifting of sanctions, there is simply no subject for dialogue.
