MOSCOW, 8 February. The Federal Antimonopoly service (FAS Russia) found evidence of repeated violations of laws “On protection of competition”, “On contract system” and “On state and municipal enterprises” as in the activities of FSUE “Space communications” and the activities of the company supervising authorities. This is stated in the message Department.
“Already there are signs of discrimination access to infrastructure of space communications”, – noted the Deputy head of the control of aviation, space – rocket and nuclear industry FAS Anton Shepherds.
Earlier, the Federal state unitary enterprise “Space communication” prevented the conduct of the audit and refused to provide to the FAS materials requested in the framework of the implementation of the orders of Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Rogozin, reminds Agency.
FSUE “Space communications” – the state operator of satellite communication whose spacecraft provide global coverage. The company is among the ten largest satellite operators in the world in terms of the orbital-frequency resource. As of 1 February 2016, a satellite group of the company consists of 13 communication satellites.
Revenue to the Federal Agency, according to preliminary data, in 2015 increased by 21% compared to 2014 and amounted to 9.2 billion rubles.
