VLADIVOSTOK, February 14. /Corr. Natalia Nikulina/. The head of Minekonomrazvitija of the Russian Federation Alexey Ulyukaev opposed to the idea to limit the circulation of foreign currency and close currency exchange offices. The Minister has informed on air of TV channel NTV.

“Let’s close the clinic, then no one will not hurt, because in clinics, patients people meet and can become infected with influenza, for example. That better not be anything,” Ulyukayev said, commenting on the question of how it relates to the proposal to limit the circulation of currency in the country and the assumption that the ability to change rubles into dollars or Euro works psychologically negatively on the population.
