The faction “Block of Petro Poroshenko” has gathered 79 signatures for the resignation of the Prime Minister of Ukraine Arseniy Yatsenyuk, informs -Ukraine, with reference to the statements of the member of the faction Serhiy Leshchenko.
As notes the UNIAN reports, to initiate the expression of no confidence in the government need to collect at least 150 signatures of deputies.
“I have already collected 79 signatures,” — said the MP. The decision to collect signatures in the PPO took the night before. The collection of signatures at the end of last week also launched the faction “Samopomich”. According to the information 112.ua they managed to collect 40 signatures. Leshchenko said that the signature gathering was initiated earlier, deputies from the faction “Samopomich” can be added to the list of the PPB.
The night before, after the meeting of the faction “Block of Petro Poroshenko” Leshchenko said that the faction has acknowledged the work of the government under the leadership of Yatsenyuk unsatisfactory. About ready to put their signatures for the resignation of Yatsenyuk stated in the faction “Batkivschyna” and the Radical party of Oleh Lyashko.
“Fraction “Radical party” today would vote for the recognition of unsatisfactory work of the government. We support the resignation of the government two. At the same time, we insist today to begin discussions of forming a new government… Now, I sign, our group subscribes to the draft resolution on declaring confidence in the government. It is the unanimous decision of the faction”, — said Oleg Lyashko (quoted by 112.ua).
The leader of the faction “the Opposition bloc” Yuriy Boyko also said that the faction will vote for the resolution on recognition of the work of the government of Ukraine is unsatisfactory and will support the decision on resignation of the Cabinet. “Society demands the resignation of this government and we will stand,” said Boyko.
In turn, the leader of the faction “people’s front” Maxim Burbak said that none of the deputies from the “Popular front” will not vote for expression of mistrust to the government.
Tuesday, February 16, the Ukrainian government will submit to Parliament a report on its work over the past year. The building of the Verkhovna Rada has already begun a picket for the resignation of Yatsenyuk.
Previously, in early February, Yatsenyuk promised to resign in case of Verkhovna Rada decision. “We will continue to work as one team, and if it is decided that this should be changed, we will leave,” — said Yatsenyuk.
