BUDENNOVSK, 16 February. The tariff for of heavy vehicles for travel on Federal highways with a March 1 increase is not planned, said Deputy Prime Minister Arkady Dvorkovich.

“The collection rate will increase as you equip transponders. From March 1 to increase is not planned”, – he said.

As previously reported, the project plan to support the economy, aimed at ensuring sustainable socio-economic development of the Russian Federation in 2016, provides for the deferral of increases in truck traffic 12-tinnikov on Federal highways.

The trucks pay a special tax of 15 November 2015, the Rate since then until the present time is determined based on the coefficient of 0.41 to the adopted 3,73 rate in roubles for 1 km and is 1.53 rubles Preferential tariffs were established to facilitate the first phase of the tax burden on business. From 1 March 2016 until 31 December 2018 heavy trucks had to pay 3,06 rbl., from January 1, 2019 – 3,73 RUB.

When this was discussed the issue of keeping discount rate at the level of 1.53 Euro per 1 km.

The Ministry is also preparing amendments exempting commercial vehicles, paying for their travel on Federal highways, from the transport tax.
