MOSCOW, February 17. The Secretary of the General Council “United Russia” Sergey Neverov has nominated Andrei Isayev for the post of Executive Secretary of the Commission on the preparation of the programmatic document of the party in the upcoming elections to the state Duma.

“For the organization of work directly to the Commission there is a proposal to appoint the Executive Secretary of the Commission. There is a proposal – candidacy Isaeva,” said Neverov in the first meeting of the Commission with the participation of Chairman of the party, Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev.

I understand that you are going to need simultaneously to ensure that the co-authors of the program felt tens of thousands of people – those who come to our reception, those who do come to the party. On the other hand it should be a whole document riddled with a General ideology, written in the same style,” said in turn Isaev, who is Vice-speaker of the state Duma and Deputy Secretary of the General Council “United Russia”.

Elections to the state Duma of the seventh convocation to be held on 18 September 2016. They will pass on the mixed system: 225 deputies will be elected on party lists and 225 – on one-mandatory districts.
