Moscow authorities have excluded from the list of demolished unauthorized construction in a single object


MOSCOW, February 19. Moscow authorities told about the fate of the seven is not carried objects from the list of 104 buildings, declared a squatter and subject to demolition. This was reported on the website of the state inspection for control over use of objects of real estate of Moscow.

One object removed from the list

As reported by the Agency, the owner of the pavilion on the street of red Lighthouse, D. 1A (sad) has previously transferred all city communications, however, this information was not properly reflected in the registry of underground structures of Mosgorgeotrest.

“Given the new circumstances of the illegally constructed facility does not fall within the requirements of resolution No. 829-PP”, – noted in there.

Voluntary demolition

“One illegal pavilion – operator stations in Zelenograd (Novokrymskaya street, VL. 5) – the owner voluntarily takes down. Work is not yet completed. At two sites – St. Tverskaya, d. 18A (shopping center “Pyramid”) and street of Marshal chujkova, d. 1, p. 1 (SEAD) is not currently expired deadline for voluntary removal. Situation with other four buildings are considered on an individual basis”, – stated in the message.

Two other buildings – a Prospect Mira, d. 92, p. 3 (CAO) and Red Kazanets str., 6, p. 4 (HLW) was appealed to the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation. “We need to wait for a court decision. Hearing date is not appointed yet”, – stressed in the inspection office.

On the suppression of unauthorized construction

Large-scale demolition of the retail pavilions that the city authorities have recognized the squatter, began in Moscow on the night of 9 February. To date, 97 of the 104 facilities listed in the government decree of Moscow №829, completely dismantled. The authorities have stated that to complete all the work planned by the beginning of March.

As stated earlier, first Deputy head state inspection for control over use of objects of real estate of Moscow Timur Zeldich, these objects are recognized as illegally constructed on several grounds: “land plots for capital construction of the city did not allocate the permission for the construction of capital facilities and the acts of commissioning of objects of capital construction, were not issued”.

For their part, the owners of buildings believe in the illegality of the demolition. Entrepreneurs claim that had the ownership of commercial properties and all the permits, confirmed the decisions of the courts.
