Putin instructed to March 15 to draft a national plan of counteraction of corruption


MOSCOW, February 19. The President of Russia Vladimir Putin instructed within a month to submit a draft national anticorruption plan for 2016-2017. This item is contained in the list of instructions following meeting of the Council on combating corruption published on Friday on the official website of the Kremlin.

“To provide, in the prescribed manner a draft national anticorruption plan for 2016-2017”, – stated in the list. The deadline order date is set on March 15.

The plan must include tasks such as improving the legal framework for the identification of conflicts of interests of officials, improving the mechanism of cost control and the mechanism of appeal to the state property, the legality of which officials could not confirm the effectiveness of combating corruption in government. A separate task called the increasing efficiency of counteraction of corruption in public procurement.

Putin instructed the government until may 1 to improve the organization financial audit of spending units of state budget – the Kremlin.
