Lavrov and Kerry: the implementation of the Munich agreements on Syria requires military coordination


MOSCOW. February 20. The Minister of foreign Affairs of Russia Sergey Lavrov and U.S. Secretary of state John Kerry in a telephone conversation confirmed that the implementation of the Munich agreements in resolving the Syrian crisis requires coordination among the military of the two countries. This is stated in the message of the Russian foreign Ministry.
