Medvedev: the government intends to exempt from VAT imported raw materials for medovarus

MOSCOW, February 24. The RF government at its meeting to approve the law on exemption from taxes of imports of raw materials and components for manufacture of medical products.

This was stated by Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev, opening the meeting of the Cabinet.

“We are talking about vitally important things, such as prostheses, orthopedic products, vehicles for the disabled, and some other points. VAT we will release only those goods, if their analogues are not produced in Russia,” Medvedev said.

Thus, according to him, these goods will become more accessible to the public. “And, of course, needed to make it all conform to the current Eurasian rules,” – said the head of government.
