Media: PSB leaves the first Deputy Chairman Vladimir Yashin


MOSCOW, February 29. A PSB leaves the first Deputy Chairman of the management Board Vladimir Yashin, who supervised corporate unit, says on Monday the newspaper “Kommersant” with reference to sources in the banking market.

In a press-service of the Bank, the newspaper reported that the top Manager “goes on an extended vacation for personal reasons”. Thus, according to a source close to the PSB, “Mr. Yashin functionality will be transferred to Johann Jonah, who previously headed the Board of Directors of alpha Bank and the management Board of Raiffeisenbank”.

Over the past three months, the PSB has left three members of the Board, including the former head of Artem Konstandyan. According to the publication, such changes are connected with change of structure of shareholders of the financial institution.

“The Bank had new shareholders with a rather large package, and probably investing their money, they put the condition that the owners of the more carefully controlled the situation, – quotes the edition of words of the source close to Promsvyazbank. – Including the new shareholders could discuss and update the team”.

PSB is in the top 15 Russian banks by net assets value. The main shareholder of the credit institution – the company “Promsvyaz Capital B. V.” (owned by brothers Ananyev Dmitry and Alexei), which owns 68,25% in the authorized capital of the Bank. PSB national distribution network includes more than 270 points of sale in Russia, a branch in Cyprus and representative offices in China, India and Kazakhstan.
