MOSCOW, February 29. The President of Russia Vladimir Putin sent greetings to participants, organizers and guests of II International youth educational forum “the Arctic.

Putin expressed confidence that the forum will become a platform for serious professional discussions, educational programs, trainings and creative competitions. “And, of course, you will meet with famous scientists, experts, representatives of public authorities and business”, – said the President.

The head of state wished the participants of the forum of bright, unforgettable impressions and inspiration for the implementation of the plans.

The second international educational forum “the Arctic. Made in Russia” opens today in Ostashkov district of Tver region. It will bring together more than 150 young scientists from Russia and countries of the Arctic Council are interested in the development of the Arctic zone. The forum will be held until March 6th.
