The Department of the investigative Committee in Crimea has finished investigation of criminal case concerning the former Deputy of the Odessa regional Council Nikolay Karpenko. Businessman accused of smuggling to the Crimea of pork amounting to more than 100 million rubles.

As told TASS in the Department, concerning the businessman criminal case under article 266.1 of the criminal code. Karpenko also accused of bribery of a public official.
