NEW YORK, March 1. The American magazine Forbes for the first time called the main shareholder of the largest independent gas producer in Russia NOVATEK and petrochemical holding “SIBUR” Leonid Michelson richest man in Russia. About it it is told in published on Tuesday the annual rating of the publication.

In the world ranking of Michelson took 60 th place, his fortune is estimated at $14.4 billion.

“The list included 77 representatives of Russia, 11 less than the previous year”, – said the publication.

The ranking also got co-owner and Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the consortium “Alfa-Group” Mikhail Fridman (63-e a place in the state $13.3 billion), for several years headed the Russian list Forbes Alisher Usmanov (77-e a place in the state $12.5 billion), last year’s list leader of the Russian Vladimir Potanin (78th place in the ranking with a fortune of $12.1 billion) and co-founder of Gunvor Group Gennady Timchenko (85th place in the ranking, the state $11.4 billion).
