The head of the FAS: an opportunity to enter into a settlement agreement with Google still exists


MOSCOW, 1 March. The possibility to conclude an amicable agreement between the Federal Antimonopoly service (FAS) on Google, and the company claim about recognition illegal the decision of the office still exists. The journalists said the head of FAS Igor Artemyev.

“We believe that in principle such a proposal may occur at any time. But to us so that we can navigate, you only need one. A company, being with us in different ways, have to say: Yes, we agree that such a provision violated the law on competition,” he said.

Google disagreed with the decision of the FAS and appealed to the court.
