Exchange rate of the Euro fell below 79 rubles on the background of rising oil

The Euro exchange rate during trading on the Moscow exchange on Friday evening, March 4, fell below 79 rubles, reported the allegations Tuesday. At a minimum, at 21:45 GMT, the Euro was worth 78,972 RUB, followed by a small rebound: as of 23:25 GMT, exchange rate of Euro amounted to 79.188 rubles, which at 1,001 rubles, or 1.25% below the previous closing.

Earlier on Friday, in the course of trading on the Moscow dollar exchange rate fell below 72 rubles and fell to the level 71,90 RUB.

The strengthening of the Russian currency amid rising oil prices. On Friday evening March futures for Brent crude traded at $38,74 per barrel, which is 4.3% above the previous closing.
