Media: Facebook bought the Belarusian company that developed the program for a selfie

Social network Facebook acquired the app for smartphones MSQRD developed by Belarusian company Masquerade and designed Technologies for art processing of photos and videos. This was reported by the American Internet-portal “TechCrunch” specializing in news technology.

“Masquerade has created a fantastic app MSQRD visual world-class technology. We are pleased to welcome Masquerade in our team, we will continue to work to improve the quality of the video in Facebook,” he brought the portal the words of the representative of the American company.

On the Masquerade website also published a statement by its head of Eugene Neugene. “We are pleased to join forces with Facebook and give the ability to use the technologies (photo and video) still more people.
