MOSCOW, March 10. The Finance Ministry hopes to maintain the “big three” rating agencies (Moody’s, S&P, Fitch) branches in the Russian Federation to assign ratings on the international scale.
This was reported to journalists the Deputy Minister of Finance Alexey Moiseev.
“Now we actively work with international rating agencies. We understand that it will be hard to comply with the provisions of the law on national scale, so they provide a significant transition period. Thus we expect the “big three” will remain in Russia branches and representative offices to assign ratings on the international scale and will continue to work in the same way,” he said.
