MOSCOW, March 11. The Ministry of agriculture of the Russian Federation transferred powers of the first Deputy Minister of agriculture of the Russian Federation Evgeny Gromyko new Deputy Jambulat Hatuova. This follows from the order signed by the Minister of agriculture of Russia Alexander Tkachev.
Now Hatuov will supervise the work of the Department of agrifood market, the food processing industry. In addition, the responsibility Dzhambulat hatuova will include five departments – departments of veterinary medicine; livestock production and breeding; land improvement; crop production, mechanization, chemicalization and plant protection; Department of rural development. In addition, Hatuov will be overseen by the Federal service for veterinary and phytosanitary surveillance (Rosselkhoznadzor) and the Department of organization of measures for mobilization preparation and mobilization.
Gromyko now as the first Deputy is responsible for organisation of interaction with subjects of the Russian Federation, and also engaged in information and analytical activities, said in an interview with the representative of the Ministry of agriculture.
From January 2009 to October 2015 Hatuov held the position of first Deputy Governor of the Krasnodar territory. 24 February 2016, Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev signed a decree on the appointment Dzhambulat hatuova Deputy Minister of agriculture.
Gromyko was appointed first Deputy Minister of agriculture of the Russian Federation in July 2015, previously worked in the Krasnodar region.
