Businessman Ruslan Baisarov, whose fortune Forbes magazine estimates at $0.9 billion, became the controlling shareholder of the construction company (BCC) “the Bridge”. He bought from other shareholders 31% of shares, increasing its share of the blocking stake to 56%, tells a familiar Baysarov.
The representative of the businessman confirms the transaction. According to him, the agreement on the sale of shares between Baysarov and the rest of the shareholders was signed on March 14. Baisarov and his three representative joined the Board of Directors of the “Bridge” and the businessman became Chairman of the Board.
Who exactly were the purchased shares and at what price the interviewees did not specify. The company does not disclose the composition of shareholders. The representative Baysarov said that the remaining 44% is distributed between one of the founders of “the Bridge” Vladimir Kostyleva, a member of the Board of Directors of the company Sergey Sokolov and minority shareholders.
The General Director of “Bridge” Victor Friesen has not responded to calls.
Group of companies “IC “most” was founded by the builders of BAM Vladimir Kostylev and Evgeny sur. In 2012, 25% + 1 share (with option to increase) was bought by billionaire Gennady Timchenko. He planned to create on the basis of its construction of a single asset holding, but the plans came to nothing. In July 2015 Baisarov bought share Timchenko. The amount of the deal was not disclosed. According to SPARK, a revenue “Bridge” to 2014 year amounted to 31.7 billion rubles.
IC “most” were involved in most major public construction projects of the last decade. For example, to build the bridge on island Russian to the APEC summit in 2012 (contract amount — 32 billion rubles) and the combined auto and railroad from Adler to Krasnaya Polyana for the Olympic games in Sochi (25 billion rubles). However, the past two years, business was bad: according to SPARC, in 2013 “the Bridge” signed 15 contracts at 93 billion rubles, in 2014-m — 7 contracts for 5 billion roubles and in 2015 — not one. The company was among the top three largest contractors for the construction of the Moscow metro, while in autumn 2015, the Deputy mayor of Moscow Marat Khusnullin not accused her of disrupting the timing. Khusnullin promised to terminate the contract as soon as the Bridge finishes the tunnel on the Kozhukhovskaya line.
SPARC data do not take into account the contracts of its subsidiaries. Part of IC “Bridge” the company “Stroy-Trest” is a major contractor for the reconstruction of the Baikal-Amur mainline. In 2014 she won in the tender for the construction of a new branch of the Baikal tunnel value of 34.1 billion rubles.

In 2014, he asked the government requested from the national welfare Fund for the project of 86.6 billion rubles, but the money is not received. Later Baisarov said that it will build at the expense of Bank credits, but did not name the banks with which it negotiates.
The railway project envisages the construction of 120 bridges and eight tunnels. “While no company in a row are not received, we build by ourselves. But we will publicly announce the tender, will specify all conditions,” said Baisarov.
IC “Bridge” is not the first company engaged in the construction of infrastructure, which has interested the businessman from Chechnya. In late 2013 it bought for $4.8 billion of Ziyad Manasir 30% of”Stroygazconsulting” (GTS), the largest at the time of the contractor “Gazprom”. Six months later, the businessman increased its share to 74.1%. However, not getting new contracts from Gazprom, the company faced financial difficulties and in the spring of 2015 Baisarov and the Manasir sold it to Gazprombank and the investment Fund UCP. The transaction amount was not disclosed. At Baysarov and Manasir remained stable gas condensate assets in development: four office center in Moscow with an area of 320 thousand square meters, but fully completed only one of them. The estate is owned by Baisarov and Manasir in equal shares.
