MOSCOW, 15 Mar./strong>. The management of the Company and the trade Union of JSC “Apatite” (enters in “FosAgro”) signed a new collective agreement, including an increase in costs per employee by 18%, the press service of “FosAgro”.
Mining and chemical complex “Apatite”, consisting of three mines, two Apatite-nepheline processing plants and various support divisions, is engaged in the production of phosphate raw materials, employs over five thousand employees.
The contract will be valid until April 2019. “For the current year the volume of social expenditure thereon is provided in the amount of 420 million rubles, depending on the increase in unit cost per employee at 18% to 84 thousand rubles.” — says, in particular, in a press release.
According to the Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of OJSC PhosAgro Andrey Guryev, the main wealth of the company is the people. “Care, implementation of social programs, that’s what makes “Apatite” socially-oriented enterprise”, — said Guriev, commenting on the signing of the contract.
The Chairman of the United trade Union organization of JSC “Apatite” Alexey Igumnov called the signing of the collective agreement “a milestone for the company and the company as a whole”.
