The Kremlin commented on the estimated costs of the Russian operation in Syria


The Kremlin has not received information on the cost of the military operation of Russia in Syria, however with the cost estimates for the campaign in Syria, it does not coincide. About it has informed journalists the President’s press Secretary Dmitry Peskov, reports UNN .

Responding to a request to comment on the estimates and on the question that whether it coincides with data of the Kremlin, Peskov said, “No, not the same. Well, you better learn from this esteemed publication, where they know about such spending”.

Previously estimated that Russia could be spent on the operation in Syria at least 38 billion rubles To the estimate on an air operation conducted in late October. The calculations took into account spending on combat missions, salaries and daily upkeep of military, cargo delivery and transportation costs.
