The experts of the Interstate aviation Committee (POPPY) have started to investigate the black boxes found at the crash site of the Boeing 737 flydubai company in Rostov-on-don. This was announced by Minister of transport Maxim Sokolov, reports “Interfax”.
“Toward evening there came experts of the Interstate aviation Committee, they have already started their work, including research already found “black boxes”, — said the Minister.
MAK Deputy head Sergei Zaiko earlier told TASS that the Committee’s experts can start the decoding of the recorders on Sunday. “I hope tomorrow, if all goes according to plan and schedule will not move, will be able to begin deciphering the flight recorders of the plane. Also in the near future, let’s hope that tomorrow to join us for foreign specialists,” said zajko. According to him, on Sunday the “black boxes” should deliver to Moscow.
In decoding the flight recorders will be attended by the representatives of the French Bureau of inquiry and analysis for civil aviation safety (BEA) and the American National Council for transport safety. The Deputy head of IAC explained that French and American expert should be involved in the investigation, since the U.S. was produced by the aircraft itself, and in France — the engine.
Zayko also noted that at the request of the investigation can involve all countries whose citizens were victims of the disaster. At the moment the authorized representative already appointed Ukraine. It can make and the Spanish authorities, when the death of the citizens of this country will be officially confirmed.
