The President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev said that does not preclude changes in the future Constitution of the country and redistribution of power in the Republic, the correspondent.
“Changes should be. The presidential system of government in Kazakhstan exists, we can talk about the redistribution of power between branches of government: the President, Parliament and government. We think and when it will happen look on the situation in the economy, in the world, within the country. If this is the will of the people that will need to switch to another management system we are very seriously going to think about it”, he said Nursultan Nazarbayev after he voted in the parliamentary elections at the polling place at the schoolchildren’s Palace in Astana.
He recalled that the system of government defined by the Constitution and to change it would require changing the basic law.
